Have you ever wanted to hear from God and never heard anything?
Sometimes when we want to hear from God, we expect Him to make Himself known in a big and mighty way. After all, He is a big and mighty God, right? In the story of the prophet Elijah, God had told Elijah to go stand on a mountain. A mighty windstorm came and knocked rocks loose. But God was not in the wind. Then there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. Next there was a fire, but God was not in the fire, either. Finally, after the fire, there was the sound of a still small voice. Elijah covered his face when he heard it.
God was in the whisper. (1 Kings 19:10-13)
In our loud and busy lives we have become used to getting everything quickly and satisfying our needs while on the run out the door or through a drive-thru window. Kids, family, friends, and work all contribute to the windstorms, earthquakes, and fires in our everyday lives. And when we have a problem or an issue in our lives, we wonder why we can't hear God.
"Where is God?" you might ask.
Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still and know I am God!" Be still. Slow down for five minutes. Take a deep breath. Focus on God and the blessings He has given you. He is always there. Spend some quiet time and maybe you will hear that still small voice that calls out to you.

had been super busy at work.. with much to do.. everyday reach work place seems to be rushing for don noe wad.. but just hope 2 clear as much as possible.. 8hrs at work sometimes doesn't seems enough..
i think this week will pass rather fast.. tml is tue already.. just hope 8hrs at work i can finish up as much as possible.. as i won't be at work on wed again.. so MUZ CLEAR the list of things i plan to complete tml..
DETERMINATION!! FOCUS!! n i guess i can complete as much as possible.
another few more days n he will be back.. i miss him so much..painted my room on sat.. a new colour n it seems brighter =)
time to re-pack my things and get them well-organise..

some updates..

a day i need not report to work... hahaha.. i wasn't on leave.. i got a course to attend which the company sign me up [Fundamentals of Secretarial Practice].. it's a 3 day course but it held once a wk on every wednesday.. there's still another 2 sessions.. tis course is to enable me to understand more of what i'm currently doing.. i find it rather useful..
lessons wasn't boring.. =) i'm looking forward to the next session next week..
after the lesson, i went roaming and shop around before heading home.. but i only manage to get a top.. other than that were stationery..
counting down the days... i'm missing you so much... just wish you will be by my side right now..

met up with sec sch frenz.. thou not many of us.. but we had a nice day out.. guess the chattering and laughter could fill our day.. we catch a movie too!

met up with some primary sch frenz.. haven't seen some of them for 10 years... chatted quite abit.. shared memories of the good old days, sharing n seeing the photos of us when we were young.. there's definately laughter that night and it seems everyone is doing well, be it working, schooling or serving the nation.. =)
